遵循中国当地政府的规定，如果没有这样的规定，然后从工程竣工验收由用人单位之日起十（12）个月（可予§（P）9.1）。对于被移交，移交给用人单位的竣工验收前，工程的任何部分，期间通知缺陷不得开始，直至整个工程已完成。
