求翻译：果胶裂解酶（Pectate lyases, PL）或称为果胶酸裂解酶，是果胶酶的重要组成部分，是一种能降解植物细胞壁，导致植物组织软化甚至死亡的一种解聚酶。近年来越来越多的研究表明PL在果实成熟软化中有着非常重要的作用。自20 世纪90 年代以来，人们把研究重点从筛选产碱性果胶酶的菌种方面逐步转向产果胶裂解酶基因及基因工程上，尤其是随着丹麦诺和诺德公司碱性果胶酶产品的新发展，人们将注意力越来越多地转向了酶的提纯、基因及其克隆技术的研究。本实验利用半定量表达（RT-PCR）技术对从成熟期桃果实的果肉中克隆PL基因进而研究硬肉桃果实成熟过程中PL的表达变化与分析，对进一步研究桃果实成熟软化机理，及利用基因工程技术延缓桃果实软化奠定基础。是什么意思？ 待解决
