仲裁：与本合同或执行有关的所有争端，并应友好协商。可以达到，如果没有结算纠纷案件应提交来回中国国际贸易促进委员会对外经济贸易仲裁委员会仲裁按照对外经济贸易仲裁的临时议事规则中国贸促会国际贸易促进委员会。应接受委员会的裁决为终局的，对双方具有约束力。仲裁费用应由败诉方，除非委员会颁发。
