延期交货及罚款：如果卖方未能生效按时交货，由于其他不可抗力的原因为在本合同第（14）的规定在本合同规定，买方有权取消相对数量合同。另外，卖方，买方同意，推迟交付给购房者支付的罚款。买方可同意给予卖方15天的宽限期。罚款须从第16天计算，所涉及的货物总价值不得超过5％。
