仲裁：双方同意以尝试解决当事人之间的纠纷，交易本协议任何条款的解释或适用的争端可以通过友好negotiation.if不一段时间内，最多不超过90天之后的日期通知有关争议，争议的情况下，应提交仲裁，如果买方决定不参加的情况下，法院管辖权的地方，买方可能认为appropriate.unless另有约定的双方，仲裁应在上海举行，并应受该仲裁决定的INTERNATIONNAL trade.the为促进thechina委员会对外贸易仲裁委员会的仲裁规则和程序规定，应被认为是最终的和有约束力的，对双方均有parties.the仲裁费用由败诉方承担，除非另有裁定。
