求翻译:由于住房改革前期房屋销售价格与租赁价格的季节变动较小,我们假定1997年4个季度具有相同的价格增长率,算出1997年各季度以第一季度为基期的增长率。其后各季度数据是由上年值乘以当期价格指数得到的。这样得到的各期房屋销售和租赁价格与真实的各期房屋销售价格指数和租赁价格指数间相差一个固定的比例,但并不影响统计检验的结论。是什么意思?
