求翻译:在我看来,我更偏向于前者。因为评价应当是双向的,不能只注重教师对学生成绩的评价,还应该注重学生对教师的教学方式的评价,这样才能改进教师的教学方法,提高学生的学习效率。同时,这也是将师生放在了同等的地位上来看待,更有利于建立良好的师生关系。是什么意思?
