一）本协议的规定，是对任何股份权益的接班人具有约束力。公司不得允许其书的反对票的股份转让，或发出新的证书代表的股份，除非和直到人是被转移至该等股份应执行的书面协议，在这种形式大幅协议，据此，这些人成为本协议的一方，并同意由本法规定的约束，因为如果这样的人是党的下文。
