求翻译:雷击发展过程中,空间电磁场的突然变化会在导线上产生出感应过电压,但是其物理机制比较复杂,现有的模型和方法都是基于一定的假设之上,且导线-大地回路中由于雷电通道电流所产生的电磁感应远小于杆塔电流所产生的电磁感应,因此,课题在计算过程中忽略感应电压对线路耐雷性能的影响。是什么意思?
