求翻译:在接到这个投诉的时候,我觉得委屈,客户李先生虽然是向我咨询并购买了理财产品,但由于系统的原因,本人并非李先生的管户客户经理,就算客户在其购买之后我并不能实时的了解到其账户的变化情况,也就无法进行跟踪服务。是什么意思?
