求翻译：卢梭在两百多年前提出了著名的“社会契约论”， “人是生而自由的，但却无往不在枷锁之中。”他所说的政治权威在我们的自然状态中并不存在，所以我们需要一个社会契约。在社会契约中，每个人都放弃天然自由，而获取契约自由；在参与政治的过程中，只有每个人同等地放弃全部天然自由，转让给整个集体，人类才能得到平等的契约自由。虽然是经典，但是逐渐不能适应新的社会变化，无法合理的全面的解释新的社会现象，比如在国际法中人权与主权的关系，笔者在此提出一种新的模型，在继承“社会契约论”的基础上，做一些改变，使之能够合理的解释人权与主权的关系。并根据得出的结论运用在解释现今的国际人权问题上，并对联合国的国际人权机构提出建议。是什么意思？ 待解决
