7.2，所产生的或与本协议有关的任何争议应通过友好协商，双方之间的结算。这种协商应立即开始后，一方已交付对方为这种协商的书面请求。如果争议无法通过在该通知发出之日起的九十（90）天协商解决，任何一方均可提交中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会（CIETAC）仲裁。仲裁应按照上提交的仲裁申请之日起生效的仲裁委员会的仲裁规则进行。仲裁裁决是终局的，对双方具有约束力。
