求翻译：目前广场舞是社区中最受广大群众喜爱和接受的健身活动之一。在全民健身的氛围中，怀化市广场舞健身因其具有参与群众广、门槛低、投资少、娱乐和竞技相结合等特点，开展的欣欣向荣。为了准确了解怀化市广场舞开展现状，本文主要运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数据统计等方法，对怀化市鹤城区广场舞开展现状及影响因素进行调查研究，结果表明，怀化市拥有雄厚的广场舞爱好者基础；但是，由于缺乏统一、合理的管理机制，怀化市广场舞还呈现出无组织、无管理的状态，同时，由于缺乏优秀的广场舞指导员，严重的阻碍了怀化市广场舞的发展。建议通过政府部门积极宣传、培养优秀的广场舞指导员、合理的改革管理制度等措施，以促进广场舞在怀化市积极发展。是什么意思？ 待解决
