求翻译：recieved my order today. not happy with them, they are very tacky, hot glue left all over them, clips not stuck down properally and not the colours i asked for. very dissapointed considering it too soo long to get here. i ordered many items from same location at the same time and recieved them a week or so earlier.是什么意思？ 待解决
