求翻译：Please be reminded again that you can carry over up to 5 days of 2011 remaining annual leave until March 31, 2012. The rest of the unused annual leave will be forfeited by December 31, 2011. For new hired employees in 2011, you can carry over the unused annual leave untill June 30, 2012.是什么意思？
