党，对他们来说已经成为不可能在不可抗力的后果符合上述要求的情况下，根据该协议履行其义务，应以传真方式通知另一方，在10天之内从这样的情况下开始的日期，有关开始和停止的情况下，无法履行合同义务。如果任何特定的情况下，直接影响履行在协议中规定的义务，在时间，期限应延至相应这样的情况下停止。如果部分履行或者不履行义务超过3个月内，各缔约方应满足和解决本协定终止或继续有关的所有问题，包括金融项目。
