本合同一式两份，在中国和英语，一个中国的每一方的原件和一份英文正本，两种文本同等作准。本合同从它是由双方授权代表签署之日起生效。第10条所列的附件应构成本合同不可分割的一部分。任何修订或补充本合同后，双方授权repesentatives已签署的书面文件将是有效的，构成合同的组成部分。
