求翻译:阳极电解出的Al3+,与水电解出的OH-结合,形成吸附性很强的Al(OH)3,凝聚并吸附废液中的杂质,且阴极发生的还原反应[4-5],发生化学反应生成很小的气泡,可以把电解后的絮凝物夹带上浮到电解槽的液面,实现油水分离,并降低COD值的目的。实验时需加入NaCl(加入量为1%)提高废乳化液的电导率。是什么意思?
