我的看法是，这不是合理的。我认为不管如何罚款养老院，老真正需要的亲情，形成自己的家人。养老院只能给一些老保健或一些与他人cummunication，然而，老人确实想要一个感性的支持，只能从他们的家庭。我想与家人的天是优于任何保健。
