求翻译：说过了薯条再说鱼。用于炸着吃的鱼一般是大片的鳕鱼或是鲽鱼，一定要新鲜才好，实在没有新鲜的才用冷冻保鲜的。说来也怪，英国的四周都是海，但是海产品的价格却非常高，因为他们对于海产品的质量要求非常严格，只有绝对合格的产品才能够上市，所以成本自然就高了。炸鱼的做法就更简单了，把鱼片表面的水分用吸水纸擦干净，然后轻轻地拍上一层干面粉，就可以蘸浆了，面浆的做法也很简单，就是面粉，加一点盐，用牛奶或者啤酒调成稀糊状就可以了，喜欢炸出发泡效果的可以用自发粉。OK，就是这么简单了，把蘸好浆的鱼下过炸就行了，锅要大一点，油温仍然是要控制在200度左右。鱼炸好了之后，配上新炸的薯条，淋上醋，撒上盐，就可以吃了。是什么意思？ 待解决
