求翻译：今天散打训练本来被教练取消了，可是队长又组织起来。因为他怕我们体能下降了...在雨中训练，带了点小伤。感觉还不错。回到宿舍，我本想洗澡的，可是没热水。悲剧啊！好疼苦！走动后才发现，脚酸了。额...是什么意思？ 待解决
