求翻译:将一对电极插入水中,通以电流,氢离子逐渐向阴极移动,在阴极上取得电子被还原为H2。Na+或K+离子在电解液的浓度下,其析出电位要比氢析出电位负得多,因此阴极上H+先放电,析出氢;OH-逐渐移向阳极,阳极失去电子而被氧化为O2。是什么意思?
