（1）对于任何侵权行为，各缔约方应与另一方分享，所有的信息提供给它的关于上述涉嫌侵权的的。 HIMC应有的权利，但没有义务，把领土对任何个人或实体从事这种侵权诉讼或其他适当的行动，第8.4节（二）（2）到8.4（B）（4 ），低于。如果HIMC失败研究所和检控行动，或在该领土出发的90天期间内消除侵权后的第一个通知是根据第8.4（a）项交付，那么公司应拥有的权利，但没有义务，开始西装或在领土上采取行动，以执行对适用该第三方公司专利犯下这种侵权行为，在其自身的成本和费用。在公司行使上述权利展开此类诉讼或采取行动，在这种侵权领土的事件，HIMC应合理配合公司等公司的专利执法工作。
