求翻译：---#381354 style,pp smpl & shipment smpl etc is ok before shipping,now col.stain,not my side problem;but considering so long time cooperation, sumex will prepare new 500pcs sleeve in my side cost and send to germany for repair.and at most take 30% repair cost. col.stain happern during shipment by sea. all cost take是什么意思？ 待解决
