求翻译：when l see or hear a new word ,l write it down in my litte notebook.late ,l always write the new word on flashcards.then l look up word in a dictionary and write then meannings on the back of the flashcards .my only problem is that l ofthen forget to study the cards!是什么意思？ 待解决

当升看到或听到了一个新词，L写在我的litte notebook.late下来，L总是写flashcards.then升的新词，在字典中的单词，然后写上抽认卡背面的meannings我的唯一问题是，升ofthen忘记学习卡！

当 l 看到或听到一个新字，l 写下来，在我小的 notebook.late，l 总是 flashcards.then l 查找单词中的新单词写在字典中，然后写上 meannings 背面的卡片，我唯一是问题的，l ofthen 忘记学习卡 ！
