除了在合同文件中指定的担保，承包方应当保证材料，设备和家具做工，交付和安装如下的两（2）年，从临时验收之日起开始的时期，要按照实现第32条由于低劣的设计，材料，工艺和性能，按照合同文件的规定对缺陷。
