求翻译：海工混凝土裂缝及其防治海工混凝土建筑物的裂缝是最常见的一种病害，这些裂缝往往是结构物承载能力，耐久性及防水性能降低的主要原因。混凝土的裂缝是由于混凝土内部应力作用和外部荷载作用，以及温差变化等因素作用下形成的。一般桥梁结构构件中，裂缝宽度小于或等于0.05mm的那部分，对使用没多大危害，可允许其存在。但大于0.05mm的裂缝，终究会影响结构物的耐久性，并且有些裂缝在使用荷载或外界物理、化学因素的作用下，不断扩展，不但影响混凝土表面的美观、减小钢筋的混凝土保护层厚度、而且易引发混凝土面层剥落、加速钢筋的锈蚀、降低混凝土的抗冻性及耐久性、严重时甚至发生垮塌事故，所以必须加以控制是什么意思？ 待解决
