求翻译：Hi we have news and its not good news. The UV light arrived but we have a problem as the inside bulb is broken and the glass is slightly cracked. I also tried to see if i can replace the bulb but i see the item is sealed which is a bit crazy as the UV bullb is replaced every 6 months so its strange that i cant open it.是什么意思？ 待解决
