求翻译:电势是相对而言的,就跟重力势能一样,没有参照物是没法说出它的势能是多少。 同理不选取一个零电势点,是没办法说清它的电势是多少,因为随着零是能点的选取不同,电势可能就不同。场强为零,电势不一定为零,因为电势是个相对量是什么意思?
