求翻译：Regarding your dispatch of our order, unfortunately our customer has informed us that all the items are second hand & even the both CPU( the first item of attached offer) are not approved because one of them is out of order & the other one wont get any program. So we have to send back at least these two item.是什么意思？ 待解决
