除非适用法律的规定，任何一方会向任何第三方披露本协议的条款或拟进行之交易，或发行或结束前没有任何宣传或其他释放的事先书面同意，另一方（同意不得不合理地拒绝同意，口头方式发出通知，应一（1）个营业日之后）内以书面形式确认。任何这样的新闻稿或声明，应适用法律所要求的合理通知后，对方（但不是任何同意）。
