求翻译：I am sorry that such things happen, but we did not recieve what we pay for. Do you understand that your customer (me in this case) wants to recieve the product that he pays for? If you need to deal with EMS you can, I can't help my self on this side. EMS delivered me the package and thats it.是什么意思？
