求翻译：I can eat most foods as I have travelled alot and in many places there is no western food.... also western food can make you very fat. Actually now I prefer to eat a protein diet that is richer in meat and vegetables. Too much carbohydrate and fat is not good for the body.是什么意思？ 待解决
