应给予至少21天的通知（该通知是一天和当天的会议上独家）债券持有人召开债券持有人会议。党召开会议向其他各方应给予该通知的副本。通知应当载明的日期，时间和会议地点，可以在给定的条件下提供的方式，并应指定性质的决议，提出应包括的效果，说明持有人可以委托代理人陈述执行和交付代表委任表格前的时间超过48小时不晚在香港发行人的业务主要营业地点，固定的会议，或在公司的情况下，可委任其董事或其他通过决议代表理事机构和会议的固定时间不晚于48小时前，由发行人提供执行该决议的副本。意外遗漏发出通知，或通知未收到任何票据持有人不得在任何此类会议上通过的任何决议无效。
